David successfully supervised a significant project involving the construction of a new school worth $31 million, completing it within the allocated timeframe and budget. He maintained OSHA compliance by implementing stringent safety protocols and overseeing operational activities.

Throughout his illustrious career, David Nardone has occupied several esteemed positions. Among his notable roles are Senior Property Manager at Guardian Management Co. Inc., Senior Building Manager at Mack-Cali Realty Company, and Maintenance Supervisor at Marriott Corporation.

Outside of his professional commitments, David Nardone dedicates his time to volunteering. He is passionate about greyhound welfare, a cause close to his heart. In 2002, he served as the Director of Operations for Greyhound Pets of America, where he played a pivotal role in finding homes for retired racing hounds and organizing fundraising efforts to support them. Additionally, for more than two decades, David served as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for Pups Without Partners Inc., persistently working to secure homes for retired racing greyhounds and securing financial resources to advance the organization’s goals.
